SHIPPING/HANDLING AND DELIVERY
We do our best to get the books to you as quickly as possible. We verify orders and shipment information upon receipt/processing. All orders received during any business day will be packed up and out the door in less than 24 hours – we ship twice per day – delivery time is based then how quickly the package moves en route. We ship single book orders via USPS Media Mail with delivery confirmation; $2.80 is charged for the shipping, plus $1 for handling; for each additional unit, another $1 is applied. Multiple copy orders can be shipped via USPS Media Mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL – all will have delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. On average, USPS Media Mail is delivered 5-10 days; Priority Mail is 2-3 days. Expedited delivery is available upon request and at a higher rate to cover the increased shipping costs.

You're eligible for a refund within 30 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if the book doesn't arrive. Issue 1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on our part. To receive a refund, you must return your item within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. 2. Book Did Not Arrive You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book hasn't arrived 30 days past the order date. If we have tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the return is void. In cases where the book is returned for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar. 3. Changed Your Mind We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind about a book. You’ll be refunded the price of the book (not including original or return shipping charges). How to Initiate a Return Before returning any item, you must e-mail our customer service department notifying them of your return. Please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed to your credit card once we receive the book back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn't arrive and tracking isn't provided, the refund will be canceled.
